An order reference identifies a purchase; your playlist password identifies access. Search your payment receipt or confirmation conversation for the order number, transaction date, amount and currency. Send those purchase details privately to support rather than posting a full playlist URL.

People often have more than one receipt: a player licence, a trial request and the actual subscription payment. Matching the merchant, amount and date prevents support from investigating the wrong transaction. A bank statement description alone may not identify the activated line.
