Treat a playlist URL as a secret when it contains your username or password. Save account details in a trusted password manager or another protected private record. Keep the purchase reference separate from the live login so that routine billing questions do not require sharing access credentials.

What matters here
Copying a complete URL into a public screenshot, chat group or shared document can give others access to the account. Browser history, clipboard synchronisation and shared-device notes can also retain a link after setup is finished.
Work through these checks
- Name the saved entry clearly so it cannot be confused with the app licence.
- Restrict access to the person who manages the subscription.
- Remove credentials from setup screenshots before sharing them.
- Delete private account information from devices before transfer or disposal.
Avoid this mistake
A QR code may encode the same secret URL. Covering the printed password while leaving the code visible does not necessarily protect it.
How to judge the result
You should be able to recover the login privately and send a support request containing only the information needed for that issue.
