Treat the empty setup screen as a local-data recovery task. Re-enter the original verified login or playlist using the correct field type; check service expiry separately if the restored details are rejected.
Why this happens
Clear Storage can remove the configuration held on the phone. That operation does not by itself renew, cancel or prove expiry of the provider account.
Work through the steps
- Confirm which storage action was used.
- Recover the original account instructions privately.
- Choose the matching M3U or separate-login method.
- Restore the setup and check the resulting account status.
What to avoid
Do not buy a second subscription solely because local settings vanished. An independent player licence may have its own recovery instructions.
Know what changed
The same categories should reappear when the account is restored. If the app runs but the account remains rejected, report the exact error through the service's private support route.
