Why this happens
A valid account can fail when a player interprets the entire playlist URL as only a server address. Format mismatch and account expiry are different faults.
Work through the steps
- Read the labels on the login screen.
- Compare them with the issued account format.
- Choose the corresponding playlist or server-login option.
- Re-enter the verified information without extra spaces.
What to avoid
Never post a private playlist URL in a public screenshot. Do not remove parts of the issued URL or invent an alternate server to make it resemble a different format.
Know what changed
The player should accept the account format and load its categories. If the fields still fail, report which login method was selected and the error text privately.
