A player returning to its first-run screen after Clear Data or reinstallation does not by itself mean the subscription expired. Recover the originally issued login, confirm the selected player and re-enter the matching account format. Check the actual account status separately if authentication still fails.

Why this happens
The app stores a local copy of its setup, while subscription validity is controlled by the service. Removing the local copy can make a valid account appear to have vanished.
Work through the steps
- Identify whether Clear Data or reinstall happened before the prompt.
- Recover the issued account details through the original private message.
- Choose the same supported login format in the player.
- Restore the account and compare its expiry information with support.
What to avoid
Do not buy a replacement plan merely to recover locally erased settings. An app licence may also need its own recovery process through its publisher.
Know what changed
The expected categories should return after the verified setup is restored. If the app opens normally but access remains rejected, distinguish an expired service account from a separate app activation issue.
