Enter the account in the format the player asks for. Separate server, username and password fields are different from a single M3U playlist field. With a television keyboard, pay particular attention to capital letters, punctuation and a space introduced when text is pasted or completed.

Why this happens
A visually similar character can produce an authentication failure even when the account is active. An app-store password is not the streaming password issued for the player.
Work through the steps
- Confirm whether the screen requests M3U or separate login fields.
- Enter the server address exactly as issued.
- Inspect username and password case without sharing them publicly.
- Submit once and record the exact resulting message.
What to avoid
Do not test passwords copied from public websites or repeatedly change a working account. A private playlist link can contain credentials and must be treated like a password.
Know what changed
A successful login should produce the expected account categories. If the app still rejects the details, supply the error text privately rather than posting the full server URL or password.
