Restore the verified account setup before buying another subscription. Removing an app can remove locally stored configuration; an empty player after reinstalling is not an authoritative statement about the service account's expiry.

Why this happens
The app's local settings and the provider's account record live in different places. The app may also have a separate purchase-restoration process.
Work through the steps
- Confirm that app removal preceded the empty screen.
- Recover the original private setup instructions.
- Select the supported account format and restore it.
- Use the publisher's purchase recovery only if an app entitlement is also missing.
What to avoid
Do not assume iCloud or the App Store will recover every playlist. Preserve credentials before any future removal.
Know what changed
The original categories should return after the verified setup is entered. If authentication fails, check actual account status separately from the app's local data.
