Check the entered value against the issued account details, especially punctuation, capital letters and spaces. A hardware keyboard, paste action or text substitution can change what appears in a URL or password field.

Server addresses and account credentials require exact characters. A typographical change can resemble an expired account even though the original details are valid.
Work through the steps
- Choose the correct playlist or separate-login screen.
- Enter one field at a time.
- Inspect punctuation and the beginning and end of each value.
- Submit and note the exact error without exposing the credentials.
What to avoid
Do not post a private playlist URL in a screenshot. Avoid repeatedly requesting replacement passwords before checking the entered characters.
Know what changed
The player should accept the unchanged issued information. If the failure remains, report the field type and error privately rather than sending an unredacted screen recording.
