Use the network menu for the actual webOS release rather than following an unrelated screenshot. LG documents different paths across older and newer models, including General, Connection and Network arrangements.

Why this happens
A menu-label difference can look like a missing feature when the network control has moved. The model and release identify the right instructions.
Work through the steps
- Record the TV model year and webOS version.
- Open All Settings and locate its documented network area.
- Inspect the selected wired or wireless connection.
- Compare another internet app before changing player login details.
What to avoid
Keep Wi-Fi and streaming-account passwords separate. Do not alter router settings simply because the menu path differs from a guide for another TV.
Know what changed
The TV should show the intended connection and reach another online app. A remaining player-only failure belongs to the application or source investigation.
