Separate network connectivity from portal access. Confirm the issued portal address privately and record the full on-screen error. A device can have internet connectivity while the operator's portal is unavailable or the address is mistyped.

Why this happens
Network configuration, portal URL and service authorization are different stages. Changing all of them simultaneously obscures the failing stage.
Work through the steps
- Check the MAG network status.
- Compare the configured portal address with the issued value privately.
- Restart through the documented model-specific procedure.
- Retry and record whether loading or authorization fails.
What to avoid
Do not copy a portal URL from a public forum or modify its path speculatively. Preserve the original configuration before editing.
Know what changed
A successful network check followed by the same portal error is useful evidence for the operator. Report the exact stage rather than describing every failure as buffering.
