Work through the steps
- Record the full displayed message.
- Confirm the account order and intended MAG model.
- Provide the requested device identifier privately to the operator.
- Retest after the operator confirms the account-device association.
What to avoid
Do not publish the device identifier, clone another MAC address or use firmware advertised as an authorization bypass.
Know what changed
The operator should confirm whether this specific account and box are permitted. Any remaining failure should be reported with its unchanged message and test time.
