Recover the player activation and service-login information before removing the application. Reinstalling can sign the app out even when the underlying subscription is still valid.

Why this happens
Local app settings, app licences and streaming-account access are separate records. Reinstalling repairs software files but does not automatically recover every record.
Work through the steps
- Note the exact app name and developer.
- Locate the original private login and activation instructions.
- Use the Samsung Apps reinstall or delete/install controls offered for that app.
- Restore the matching account format and retest.
What to avoid
Some recommended apps offer Reinstall rather than Delete. Do not erase the application first when the only copy of the account information is still inside it.
Know what changed
The original account categories and valid activation should return through their correct recovery routes. Investigate any remaining licence message separately from a rejected streaming login.
