A wholesale order is a purchase made for onward supply or business use under agreed commercial terms. In reseller operations it can involve a larger credit quantity, but volume alone does not establish a discount, refund rule or special permission. The unit cost and relevant obligations need to be calculated from the actual quotation and agreement.

A practical example
A reseller considering a larger credit pack compares its total price, usable quantity and conversion rules with expected client demand. The purchase only makes financial sense when the business can manage the allocation, support and cash requirements attached to the agreed arrangement.
A common misunderstanding
Do not describe a large pack as profitable merely because its unit price is lower. Unused inventory, support time and payment costs can still affect the business outcome.
